A Mission Rooted In Equal Justice

Equal Justice Foundation advances equal access to justice by educating the public, protecting constitutional principles, and supporting ethical, transparent, and accountable reform within the justice system.

Founded by Marcelo Prado, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and County Mediator, the Foundation promotes mediation, civic education, and practical public-interest resources for citizens, families, children, seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and self-represented litigants.
